C1 is billed every odd month - January, March, May, July September, and November
C2 is billed every even month - February, April, June, August, October, and December
C3 is billed monthly (commercial accounts)

Billing Schedule & Fees
1. All bills are due at the end of the month in which they are sent. If they are not received by the due date, a late fee will be added to your account, which is currently $8. We do not send late notices, The late fee will be added to your next invoice.
2. All bills that are left unpaid by the 2nd bill due date (Approx. 60 days late) will be charged a Delinquent fee of $25
3. All bills that are unpaid by the 3rd bill due date ((including late fee and delinquent fee)(Approx. 167 days late)) will get a shut of warning notice giving them 25 days to set up a payment plan or make payment in full to avoid shut off & will be charged a $35 fee.
4. Any balance not paid within 25 days of the Shut off letter going out will be Shut off and charged an additional $150
5. If your meter is locked off for non-payment and is left unpaid for an additional 30 days a lien will be placed on the home and an additional fee of $350 will be charged to file the lien, and a second fee of $350 to release this lien at time of payment in full being made
6. While your water is shut off you will still get billed for the Assessment fee & possible late fees & interest on your balance.
